Solterra Management Group is a full service owner and operator of five Senior Living Communities in Arizona and Colorado and a Home Care Service company in Colorado. Solterra’s service focus is comprehensive in that the company provides short term, long term and in home senior care to over 350 residents in our communities and through our in home care services company.

Steve JorgensonPartner and Chief Executive Officer


Mr. Jorgenson is a principal in Solterra and serves in the capacity of President and Chief Executive Officer. Currently, his primary focus is new acquisitions and development, and strategically expanding the Solterra brand.

Mr. Jorgenson brings a wealth of entrepreneurial success and experience in technology, sales, strategic alliances, and real estate development that will be valuable in making Solterra Senior Living the premiere brand in comprehensive life care and wellness services for aging adults.

In 2005, Mr. Jorgenson partnered with his father, Jeff Jorgenson, to expand his passion for development into the senior housing business. To date, they have created three projects under the Solterra Senior Living Brand. Solterra at Chandler is a 100-room Assisted Living community which opened June 2008. Solterra at White Mountains opens in 2009 with a 54-room Assisted Living building and a 63-room for Independent Living community.

Mr. Jorgenson has a Political Science degree from the University of Arizona College of Arts and Science.

Ryan WeissmuellerChief Financial Officer


Mr. Weissmueller is a principal in Solterra and serves in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. His primary focus is on capital structure, portfolio management and strategic financial oversight.  He is a seasoned finance and operations executive with a career including strategic finance, executive management, leadership, company formation, high-level financial consulting, investment banking, banking and public accounting.

He has served in c-level finance and operations roles for nearly 10 years on both an internal and external basis, with startups and privately held growth companies in multiple industries including healthcare, manufacturing, real estate and service businesses.

Mr. Weissmueller has served multiple companies from their inception, most recently opening the Arizona office for Signature Analytics.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Weissmueller developed extensive experience in both underwriting and origination of middle market commercial finance. Most notably, he served in multiple capacities for GE Capital completing transactions ranging from less than $1 million to in excess of $300 million.

Mr. Weissmueller received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona Summa Cum Laude in Finance and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Arizona.

Inge DuranVice President of Finance


As Vice President of Finance for Solterra Senior Living, Inge Duran is responsible for directing the company’s overall operational, financial, and care-related performance.

Possessing more than 20 years of experience in the health care industry, Inge has been involved in a variety of health care environments ranging from continuing care retirement communities, traditional long-term care facilities, to sub-acute specialty programs. She has experience with national skilled nursing home chains, as well as independent owners and operators, and has held a variety of positions, both financial and operational in nature; including Director of Accounts Receivable, Director of Financial Services, and Controller.  Inge brings excellent skills in building teams and creating positive culture in organizations.

A licensed Assisted Living Administrator, Inge provides Solterra Senior Living with specialized expertise combining financial and operational experience, rarely found in the health care industry.

Pat DolohantyVice President of Accounting


Mr. Dolohanty serves as Vice President of Accounting.  He is responsible for financial reporting as well as budgeting, financial analysis, accounting controls, audit coordination and information technology.  Pat has many years of experience in the Broadband Communications industry where he was a corporate officer and led the accounting team.  During his career in the broadband industry he was involved in multi-million-dollar trades and acquisitions that helped grow the company from under $100M to over $800M in annual revenue.  He established a credit and collections department including credit checks that helped to reduce bad debt expense by 65% over 4 years saving $6M in the process. Pat coordinated the annual audit and oversaw the various SEC filings with included: Form 10,10 K’s and Q’s.


Pat earned a B.A. degree in accounting from Michigan State University and attended the Professional Management Development Program at Harvard Business School. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He is member of Arizona Cable Pioneer Hall of Fame.

Peter DeMangusVice President of Business Development


As Vice President of Business Development, Peter’s focus is on the creation, development and implementation of new programs and new business development.  His role will back Solterra Senior Living’s expansion plans, provide marketing oversight and to ensure adherence to Solterra’s core values.

Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and has been intimately involved in all aspects of operations, executive management, organizational leadership, marketing and brand development.  He had foreseen many opportunities created by changes in that environment, and is now positioned to support Solterra’s committment to enhanced customer service and overall health and wellness processes and amenities for its patients, residents and guests.

Peter holds dual BSBA degrees in Marketing and General Business from the University of Arizona, and is a graduate of the nationally ranked Karl Eller Entrepreneurship Program.  He has served on the boards of various civic organizations, volunteers for numerous non-profits and is active in the community.

Greg CornsChief Operating Officer


Greg Corns joined Solterra Management Group in February 2016 serving in several capacities prior to joining the organizations as its Chief Operations Officer/Vice President of Development. In this capacity, he is charged with employee/customer retention, developing strategic growth initiatives, brand development, public relations, marketing, and supporting the development and acquisitions of new business.

Corns professional experience includes senior operations & management positions with several Major League Baseball teams including the San Francisco Giants, Chicago White Sox, and Los Angeles Dodgers. Mr. Corns spent 10 years with Ticketmaster Entertainment managing the Arizona and Las Vegas markets and served as the President of the SF Giants Triple-A franchise the Phoenix Firebirds managing and overseeing its business operations.

Corns experience includes strategic planning/tactical execution, operations management, facility management, business development/sales, marketing, public relations, and human capital development.

A resident of the valley for 28 years Corns has been engaged in the community serving in a volunteer capacity for several organizations including: Andre House, Jon Hulburd for Congress, President Michael Crow’s President Club, Vice Chairman/ Scottsdale Parks & Recreation Commission, Governor Rose Mofford’s Council on Health & Physical Fitness and the Arizona Baseball Commission.

Prior to joining Solterra, Corns started the ideation group, a business solutions company providing business consulting, sales, marketing and project management services to, entertainment, sports, and arts organizations providing expertise in business operations, facility management, sponsorships, public relations, and digital media.

Lenette OteroHR/Payroll Manager


Lenette provides oversite within Solterra Senior Living’s human capital department.  A veteran of the senior living industry, she has held various leadership positions in food and beverage, business office management and employee benefit administration.

Lenette holds certifications in state and federal labor rules and regulations.

Jessica KirkRegional Director of Clinical Care


Jessica Kirk is the Regional Director of Clinical Care for Solterra Senior Living and an expert in best practices for promoting overall senior health and wellness.

Jessica has an extensive work history as a practical nurse having experience in various settings to include hospitals, clinics, physician’s offices and skilled nursing facilities. She has provided nursing care to patients of all ages ranging from 1 month to 100 years. Her background in nursing combined with a genuine compassion, understanding, patience and appreciation for the elderly led to a career path which specializes in the forward movement of the Assisted Living Industry.

Jessica recognizes that the approach to caring for those who are aging must be individualized, considering changes which affect mind, body and spirit. She is committed  to insuring the direction for Solterra’s Clinical Care Department maintains steady focus on the company’s mission to guarantee that Residents Live Well.

Marco F. AlcarazRegional Director of Culinary Services


Marco is a highly-experienced food service professional whose background includes food management positions with The Boulders Resort in Scottsdale and Legend Trail Golf Club and Troon North Golf Club in north Scottsdale. Chef Marco is a highly-accomplished chef and director of food and beverage and serves as the director of culinary services for Solterra at Chandler. In a short period of time, Chandler residents already have been the beneficiaries of his vast experience in the food and beverage industry. Alcaraz is responsible for the supervision of day-to-day food, beverage and dining operations, including menu design and development; purchasing; training programs; food and beverage budgeting, and special events. Most recently, Alcaraz was club chef at the Boulders Resort, part of the Waldorf-Astoria Collection, where he was in charge of the resort’s entire culinary staff, responsible for fine and casual dining outlets, menu creation and organization, and service guidelines.

“It is my goal to provide residents of Solterra Senior Living with an unsurpassed dining experience.” Alcaraz said. “It is my intent to take my resort experience and transform our food and beverage service into a point of pride with our residents, where they can invite their friends and family to dine with them at our community, and have a dining experience equal to – or better than — any of the area’s fine restaurants.”
